Hey,
I was reading about Metasystem Diet and its amazing results. But I see they are also selling many dietary supplements. Did anyone try this diet? Is Metasystem Diet effective as people in ads claim it is?

Hey there,
No, it is not!!! All marketing sh..!!! They say that dietary products are supposed to curb appetite, detoxify body… But actually nothing really happens. Following diet plan you are supposed to eat more proteins, which resulted with me as a weight gain, not loss! Besides, they do not include exercise, which surprised me and made me think. I think Metasystem Diet is just a marketing scam, used to sell expensive products … they give you some so called advice on how to reduce weight but nothing really happens … they just give you that to make Metasystem Diet sound more serious, but actually – no effect. By my opinion- eat less and work out more and that is a key to success. And you will spend no money on unreasonable diet pills as Metasystem Diet.

| I used metasystem professional several years ago and lost about 15 pounds in less than a month. it definitely works, but the side effects are intense. i felt really tired and kind of nervous, and i started having heart palputations. needless to say, i stopped taking the pills. it became scary and the weight loss wasn't worth what i felt the pills might be doing to my body in te long term. |

I used the Metasystem Professional from 2002 - 2004 (pre-ephreda ban version) and lost 42 pounds in about 5 months or less and kept it off for 2 years while using the product! It does work.
However, I also had some side effects:
an allergic reaction in my throat that caused my throat to swell tremendously prompting 2 visits to the ER. I received epinephrine shot to relax my muscles to allow me to breathe normally. The events were very scary. I thought I was going to die. I
experienced heart palpations
jittery, nervousness |
