Methadone and Positive pregnancy test, Is it false?

I have a perscription for methadone but haven't been taking it regularly. I took a 10mg pill on sunday for pain and on tuesday I had a positive pregnancy test. I had another positive test on wednesday but I don't know if they are false because of the methadone. I am close to 3 weeks late on my period with lots of cramping and very tired with sore boobs but I don't want to sound a false alarm! Am I pregnant?

Methadone has NO effect on pregnancy tests...Your pregnant and congradulations.
