Mild burning in penis usually after ejaculation or urinating

Hi the problem I have is that i sometimes have a very mild burning pain in the end of my penis after ejaculation or urinating. Its not always there but even when it doesnt hurt i kinda feel like something is wrong. There is no swelling or redness and nothing visibly wrong. It is a very mild pain although in the shower the other day i did squeeze my penis and the pain was sharper and more intense for about 20/30 seconds. Im confident its not an STD as ive not had sex for 18 months and even then i used protection. I do masturbate a lot often 3/4times a day is this to excessive?? I am currently taking glucosamine sulphte tablets so i dont know if it could be sugar related? ive been taking them for 2 weeks but honestly cant remember if this is when my discomfort started. Is this something i should be worried about or will it go away???? Any advice would be very much appreciated as my mind tends to work overtime on these things!

I have something similar.

Seems like a very slight burning feeling in the end of my penis. Near the opening of the urethra but just a bit back. Doesn't hurt much but yeah.

I remember I had this about 5 years ago too but it just went away and never had it for ages. Now it just come back.

I was thinking maybe it was irritation from soap or something from cleaning under the foreskin and it may have irritated the urethra.

It hasn't got any worse or anything.

I thought maybe I had been masturbating too much and such or drink too much soft drink, may have caused acidic urine. Not sure if this can happen lol but yeah. It only burns for about 10 mins then goes away. As I said I thought it may have been irritated from something.

I will go to doctor if things get worse or more uncomfortable or I start worrying haha.

It could be a lot of things. I did some searching myself, and found out a lot of possibilities.

It might be an infection. If it's nothing too serious, try drinking some cranberry juice. Anything too long-lasting should be checked out by a doctor, as much as you might not want to have someone poking around it.

Another possibility is that your 'plumbing' is having trouble switching from ejaculation to urination; try waiting a half an hour (roughly) after you urinate to ejaculate, and not urinating for a half an hour after. It might be just one, but better safe than sorry!

Honestly, 3 or 4 times a day is rather excessive. At least you're healthy! Haha. Two things might come from this; one, the muscles might be too stressed. Try wrapping a hot (not scalding, but good and warm) around it after you ejaculate. Another possibility is that you're being to hard on yourself, literally; grasping or pulling too hard could bruise something you don't want bruised, which may cause some discomfort.

I've yet to try any of these myself (just looked them up tonight!) but hopefully this will be of some help to the both of us. Smile
