Milky discharge from nipples before periods

I am sexually active and few days due (1 week) to my periods I noticed milky white discharge from both of my nipples after i tpressed my nipples. Please help is it something very serious? Or is i the symptom of breast cancer?

Hi there. I'm not sure if you got help yet or not. But I've had the same problem for the past two years or so. But none comes out if i squeeze my nipples or anything, it's just always lingering there. I went to the doctor and she said nothing was wrong because they gave me a blood test and it was normal. So i suggest you go to the doctor about it. Your situation seems a bit different than mine. Let me know how it goes!
