I have problems with hard stools and constipation. Reason for that is my way of life, which was always submitted to business and work. I eat poorly (junk food), I do not exercise and I sit most of the time. I would like to make things a bit easier for me. Is mineral oil a laxative?
I do not think that any laxative would help you as a proper meals and physical activity would. You should put yourself and your health on the first place. Mineral oil is a laxative that could be used by the doctors order. Its strongest effect is achieved by taking orally. It softens the stool and this main effect is most important to you.
