Can someone advise please, I am coming up to 7 weeks pregnant, but I have suffered spotting then bleeding over the weekend. . I have read articles on the net on miscarrriage but most if not all state some pain, either dull or severe. I have suffered neither. My partner took me to hospital but they sent me away saying they could not check because it was so early into the pregnancy that a scan would not show anything up. My stomach is still bloated but I am still bleeding when I got to the toilet. Is this a miscarriage ? please help!

You need to see a regular OBGYN, they CAN look and tell you what is going on inside of your body.

It could be a miscarriage, BUT, an ER is not where you need to be, you need to see a obgyn doctor.
