Miscarriage due to vitiligo

I am 37 yrs old and suffer from vitiligo since the age of 5. I do not have any children. I had 3 miscarriages during the past 2 years. I had some blood tests that showed that I have too many antibodies. My doctors told me that the antibodies always fight off foreign bodies and the foetus is a foreign body, thus they do not recognize it. My doctors have told me to start taking aspirin as soon as I know that I am pregnant but even though I followed their instructions, I still had a miscarriage.
I would be much grateful if you could advise me on what steps to take in order that the I have a normal preganancy. Confused Confused
