Miscarried once,now I may be pregnant again?Not sure.....

I'm 29 nearly 30.I'm ok with having a kid but I don't need to go through another miscarrige.I think I may be prego again but I'm not sure.Before the miscarry I had the stomach flu so I had no idea I was prego until I miscarried.I've been looking up everything on every site I could find......Irregular bleeding ,breakthrough bleeding,(cause I have been bleeding a little/tsp),signs of pregnancy...ect.I don't take the pill and I don't use any kind of B.C..I've been with the same man for 9yrs.I had never been prego before the miscarry.I have all the signs except for the sickness.I took a test but I have a feeling I'm gonna have to get a blood test. But I'm bleeding in between I'm not due for my period for 2 more weeks.It's a tsp of red blood and a TBsp of dried blood.I'm swollen and constipated,confused and hungry and sore. Do I have cancer am I preganant or what?

Was the miscarriage recent? If it was only last month then you body may still be adjusting to the loss.

Misscarry was in Feb-March.
