Miss several birth control pills had unprotected sex and now spotting

Me and husband are trying to have another baby. I had been on Lutera 28 birth control for about 2 months. On my third month taking these pills i miss several pills. My period dosen't start until almost at the end of the month and now i am spotting and have mild cramps. I dunno if i am starting my period and on my pad there is spots of blood and when i wipe myself there clear dicharge and blood with it ( sorry to get in detail ) but i am confused. Yes, i am trying to get pregnant ! But i am so confused why am i bleeding if my period is not due until at the end of the month.
