My stomach's been hurting me pretty much nonstop every day for a few weeks now.
I'm on the pill and had forgotten to take a few last Friday and last Saturday. My mother reminded me Sunday and I took the 3 then, which didnt make my stomach feel any better. [I already had bad cramps before I missed the pills]. I should have gotten my period Sunday and didn't. Last week, I was spotting for a whole week. It was mostly brown, lightish brown and very very light. Now this morning I noticed spotting similar, only it's dark brown and my stomach's starting to really hurt like it did a few weeks ago. Every time I eat I feel sick. I got a dollar store pregnancy test which said I was negative at first, then I checked it hours later and there were 2 lines, then only one. So I'm disregarding that.
I don't know what to do. I find myself getting more and more paranoid every day. My mom's usually laid back and obviously wouldn't want to hear this because I am young, but I'm not sure who to tell. I know my boyfriend has came inside of me a few times, 3 weeks-a month probably the last time.
Anything you can tell me to help, I'd really appreicate it. I'm planning on going to the doctors next week if this continues, but I don't want to jump to anything if I end up getting my period this week.

Thank you!

The spotting is common when women forget to take their oral contraceptives. That usually goes away after the period comes.

As for your pain, that's not common. See a doctor to make sure that everything's all right. See a doctor SOON.

You can't rely on the pregnancy test hours after you take it. On the back of the box it says the results are unreliable after 10 minutes. So the first answer is the one you should believe. Even though you are on birth control, I would suggest still making your boyfriend wear a condom. Safer is better and you won't have a scare next time.
