Missed period, now nothing except tired and a TON of WHITE/T

I have been on Ortho Lo for almost 4 years now and then last month while I was sexually active I lost my pill pack and didnt take the last 5 active pills. (yes I was dumb and didnt use another backup) I am a sunday pill start and then get my period on wendsdays. This month I started lightly spotting the sunday before I was suppose to start and that only lasted for 2 days then went to nothing(I am usually VERY heavy for 4 days). I figured I would get my period later that week and that was only like spotting from messing up the pills. Could it have been implantation bleeding?! NEVER missed a period since I was 10, now I am 17 and concerned I am pregnant. I took a preg test 4 days after the day I have always started and it was neg(was a CVS brand test). Should I take another or am I just flipping out??! I started to get into the shower this evning and I was like literally pouring out THICK white discharge. I have had a yeast infection before and this was nothing like what I had those times. The boyfriend is not worried and im not either except for the fact of mine and the possible babys health. I want to get prenatal vitamins ASAP. Please leave me any responses possible to help me until I can get to the doctor, which will be a few more weeks. Thank you. Kayla.
