Moles-Stopping their growth and removal

Hi,

I have quite a few moles and a few more have popped up recently is there anyway to slow stop the growth of new moles
Also at what age is it safe or relevant to remove moles or can it be done at any age and if i do decide to remove them what is the average cost of the procedure?
