Hi. I'm 38 year old female and I have tried, without
success, numerous low calorie or low
fat diets.
I don’t know what to do. I was thinking that I am maybe immune to these kinds of diets because it’s not possible that so many diets are not affecting on me.
During last couple of years I have met a lot of people with the same problem and one of them told me about some diet called Montignac Diet.
Any ideas what this might be?
