So I've been reading over some of the other topics, but still not managed to find the answers I'm looking for. At the minute my foreskin doesn't retract so far, not even to behind the head which is where I'd like it. I was wondering, what's the best way to get it retracting further? Also, is it safe for my Frenulum to tear? And lastly is there a way for me to keep it permanently retracted?
The answers would be greatly appreciated.
