Morning After Pill Question

Hi,

Two days ago I have sex without a condom (yes I realize that it was stupid) and took the morning after pill (Levonelle) in the morning.

Now, I have loads of little spots on my belly and always need to pee.

Does anyone know why this is or is there something wrong?
