Morning Headaches

I have problem with morning headaches. It happens three or four times a week. It is unbearable. After that I am tired and anxious all day. It affects my job, my marriage and my whole life. I don't know what to do. Why does it happen to me? Thanks for any response.

I have experienced Morning Headaches and I know how hard it is. I had a sleep related breathing disorder. It causes my headaches. But there can be several reasons for morning headaches. It can be anxiety and depressive disorders, hypertension, musculoskeletal diseases, use of anxiolytic medication and heavy alcohol consumption. So you must contact your doctor to do analyze.
