Morning-after pill; missed period, help!!

Hi

In Nov 2006, my girlfriend and I were fooling around. Wearing a condom, I inserted the head into her vagina a little bit. Just doing that felt so good to the both of us that we wanted to do it standing up, but when we did it,the condom broke. I managed to get the morning after pill for her a day later, which she took and took properly (as in, she took it the second pill 12 hrs later and the first as soon as she got the pills). Her body didn't react to the pill in anyway but about 4 days later, she got her period. We figured everything was okay but we were still a bit cautious. Since then, we've never tried inserting it again, but still have used a condom a couple times for oral sex, and I have fingered her. We're really paranoid and always make sure our hands are clean and if they're not, that they don't go anyway near our genitals or touch each other's hands. But in December, my gf missed her period. She doesn't have any pregnancy symptoms, ie, no breast tenderness, no increase in appetite, no unusual cravings, no morning sickness, no nausea, etc. She's fine. But we're worrying a lot and are not sure what to do. Also, she's noticed a decrease in her discharge and last week had a slight cramp, which she usually gets before her period but she still hasn't got it. And, last night and the day before she started having more slight cramp feelings and at one point, very very slight pain.

What does this all mean?? Especially the decrease in discharge??
