| I have a problem. I wake up in the morning and I feel nauseous. I don't want to eat anything and I feel like I'm going to throw up. This lasts for about a couple hours, but it goes away and i usually feel fine for the remainder of the day. I'm wondering if it has anything to with not eating breakfast, but i can't because I feel to sick to eat it. I feel queasy. This has been going on since I was a freshman in high school and I am now 21. No, I'm not pregnant. I never have been. So, I was wondering if someone could give me an explanation? Thanks, Jessica~ |

Hi Jessica,
I don't claim to be any expert, but I have the same issue, so I know where you're coming from. Through my light research, I think the cause is Anxiety. If you feel anxious in the mornings about your day, your job, school then you may feel sick about it. I find in most cases I can get a bit of food in, take a few deep breaths and get on to my day right away. Come coffee time, I'm usually ok.
I hope that helps
