Moving from adderall to concerta

I am moving from adderall to concerta. I would like to leave this treatment, but adderal is not available here. I am satisfied with effects from adderall but my doctor is writing prescription for concerta. I was on 20mg XR so I was wondering what would be dose of concerta? Anyone else tried moving from adderall to concerta?

Hello, I did move from adderall to concerta. I have sinus problems so I thought that is from adderall. I was taking IR version of adderall, 45mg per day, but for concerta 20mg+ 20mg. it is not the same dose but it works for me. I can handle the kids, work, house….
