Mucus in stool

Hello, I need some advice please. I was diagnosed with IBS about 7 months ago. My doctor didnt do any tests or anything she just said it was IBS based off my symptoms. However gave me nothing to help. I always have mucus in my stool and my stool is a watery substance. Every day i have atleast two bowel movements like this. Also many times there are food particles in the stool, like the food has not been broken down properly. On top of all that I have constant abdominal pain and cramps.

Is it possible that there is some underlying problem that was never diagnosed because no tests were done? Please if anyone has any advice I would very much appreciate it. Thanks
