Hello there, I have one puzzle for you to solve. Lately, after every meal I have a problem because of mucus. This only happens after eating. Do you know why that is? Am I allergic to some kind of food or what? Thank you in advance for every response you give me. Sorry to waste your valuable time.
Well, what can I say? One reason could be allergy, but there are other possibilities as well. Maybe you are suffering from chronic sinusitis. That could be possible as well. Non allergic inflammation in the sinuses is not excluded. This one can be linger after a cold. Fat content may thicken mucus. If you can, you should drink lots of fluid excluding alcohol and coffee. But remember you can only do this if you are not restricted to do so.
