I think I have Mulloscum contagiosum. I think it was through swimming. I don’t have time to go to clinic and I know that I am contagious. I assumed it would not disappear without treatment, so could I take antibiotics or is there a cream I can buy?

The good news is that regardless of any treatment, Mulloscum contagiosum always goes away by itself with no problems. However, this can take some time! It is quite possible that you\ll need 6 months or more to see these fully resolve. Antibiotics have no place in the treatment, and I know of no cream that will speed up their disappearance.
