Multi symptom - mental/physical, clinical Lyme Disease

I developed Mono maybe 5 or 6 years ago, and had the typical symptoms of swelling organs like the spleen, etc. I still get blood results back showing I'm positive for Epstein Barr Virus. Anyway, just to give a good background. I'm having VERY bad pains in my left side just below my ribcage and something feels swollen. I've also been experiencing back pains on that very same side. My belly is swollen greatly even though my appetite has decreased lately (gained 6lbs in one week), and even my thighs & calves are swelled with what look like awfully red stretch marks. Could I have some disease or disorder?? I have other physical/mental problems (diagnosed with Lyme Disease 2yrs ago). I'm getting my small intestinal area xrayed, but am I wasting time on the wrong thing?? HELP ME PLEASE!
