Multiple Fibroids and Pregnancy

Hello,

I 27 yrs old, married and have no issues. I have been diaognised with multiple intramural fibroids and with another fibroid in the right broad ligament.
I have heard that with fibroids i wont be able to concive and if i opt for a surgery i would never be able to concive. Its this true???
Are ther any alternate treatment methods which would enble me to solve my problem??
I am realy worried as i want to have a family now.
