I have been on Ortho Tri Cyclen Lo for 3 years. This month for the first time I experience some cramping on my left side that coincided with the time I would have been ovulating (even though my pill is supposed to prevent the release of an egg). I had unprotected sex with my husband twice during this time as I have for the past 5 years. About 8 days later I had some spotting that was pink and brown in color which is what implantation bleeding is described as. I am supposed to start my period in 7 days. I am currently fatigued (cannot stay awake at work and am in bed before 9:00 pm), my breasts are very sensitive, my nose is stuffy and I have general sick feeling throughout my body. I know that it is too early to detect pregnancy but I just feel very different than normal. I just wanted some different opinions as to whether or not I could be pregnant. I did not miss any pills but I know sometimes nature takes over and does what it wants to do.
