Help... I've been off the pill for six months and consistently started on day 32 until this month. This month, I started on day 22 and ended on day 26. And started again on day 28? Strange coincidence... the same thing happened is happening at the same time to a close friend of mine. What could be causing this change?

What you are describing is normal, and not TWO periods, it just stopped then started again.

It is normal for women to bleed heavily for 1-3 days, stop, they may feel cramping, and bleed again. A period tends to last 7 days, so if you start and stop within the 7 days it is considered normal.

Im having multiple periods in a month. I will average anywhere from 2 to 4 of them. I use to be on birth control but I havent been on it in about 10 months. The whole time I was on it, however, I would bleed all month long. My OBGYN tested me to see if I was anemic or to see if I was becoming one since I was losing so much blood. The tests proved to be negative. I dont know what to do about it. Does anyone know what it could be from?
