Mum going through menopause & ti is horrible

My mum started going through menopause about 3 years ago or so. She had horrible hot flushes.
But now she's just always hot & she puts the air conditioning on when it's not that hot & everybody else complains because they are cold & then she gets angry. Is there something she can have or do to stop being hot so much? IT really stresses her & everyone in the house out. She takes HRT but i can't notice that much of a difference when she takes it.
Any help would be greatful Very Happy
