| Hi. I am a 21 years old man and I am a bodybuilder. I work out very hard and I sometimes get muscle strains. It can sometimes get really ugly, because I even can not sometimes walk the rest of the day. In that case, what helps? I heard that massage can help you greatly with muscle strains. So, can it? |

| Of course they help. I wouldn't survive without them. It is best if you could massage yourself on some places (legs, arms, etc) and for others, well you will have to go to a spa. Anyway the work, and whenever you get really messed up (some muscle hurt so you have trouble walking), a massage will surely help. I know so. |
