| Hello, I am kick boxer. Two months ago, I broke my knee. I had a surgery and doctors are saying that my leg will be fine. But my leg muscles are very weak now. What should I do? Do you have any ideas? I am pretty depressed right now, because I was hoping to have a good career and now I am not so sure about that. |

| Hello, it is normal to be depressed, but if they told you that you will be fine, you must believe in your full recovery. Trust me on this, one thing is for certain. It is absolutely normal that your leg muscles are weak now because you are not using them. They will be probably weaker than now in later stage of your recovery, before you can train again. Listen to your doctors because if you try to train before they told you, you can damage your knee even further. And when you start to train, your leg will be the same as before the injury, if you use your brain of course. I wish you fast recovery. |
