| I recently had a ANA antibody test done that came back positive. I was curious about the blotchy, purplish color of my legs and feet and told her how my feet get cold and sometimes my toes go numb. She wasn't very concerned but suggested getting this test done, since it can sometimes be associated with Lupus. The test came back positive with moderate levels of these autoantibodies. It wasn't high enough to suggest lupus, but not on the low end either. She didn't seem concerned about following up with other tests, since I show no symptoms of anything. Aside from my cold feet, I feel fine, and look fine. I am afraid I have a disease. Should I be worried or is it sometimes normal to get a postive reading and not be sick? |
