| I finally got myself weighed and measured - the last time was a year ago (april 05). I have lost a total of 15 pounds, 9 1/2 inches (counting arms, thighs, waist, hips, bust) and I've lost a total of 5% body fat!!! Yay!!! (part of my fat weight loss I can thank Brytanl since it busted up the plateau I was at) So that means, I have 3% more body fat to get rid of to reach where I was before I had my daughter! If I keep at it, I should be rid of the 3% in about 6 months (or less if I try really hard). I will stick to my yerba mate capsules three in the morning with breakfast which suppresses my appetite up into the late afternoon. It also gives me extra energy to do more laps at curves which is what I need right now!! I also want to try those diet patches my SIL ordered. Will keep everyone updated! Off to curves I go now! |
