My Girlfriend Came Up Positive

Hello. I'm 22 year old male and I need some quick advices on one mater. You see, about two weeks ago I had one unprotected sex with my girlfriend and tomorrow morning, just to be sure, we used some home pregnancy test and it came out negative.
But, now, her period is a week late. I bought her yesterday another pregnancy test which came out positive.
I was devastated when I spotted the blue line! I don’t know what to do because she is 5 years younger then I. Please, some good advice would be more then welcome!

Well, I must tell you that you did your first pregnancy test too soon and that’s why it came out negative.
I understand in what situation you are right now because I was in a same four years ago and I now- I have 3 year old beautiful son. Only thing that is different is the fact that my girlfriend, now my wife, was 23 year old when this happened. We had to make a choice and so we did. We decide to keep the child and start a new life together. Your girlfriend is 17 years old and that don’t gives you a lot of options.
Tee pregnancy is very dangerous thing, both for mother and for a child. Mother could die during birth and child could have several consequences later in life. So, I would think about abortion. Talk with her, see what your options are and make a decision but make it quick.

I am a 26 yr old female who has a 7 & 3 yr old. I have also, had an abortion. I feel that you both need to strongly communicate to each other. You both are responsible for this "Pregnancy." You both have seperate lives. Are you both faithful and committed to each other? There are so many factors to your situation. An abortion is very hard to deal with and is something a woman & man will "Never get Over, but will learn to accept." I believe that abortion is a "Choice." Kind of like "Life is a choice." But, it's also not an "easy way out." If you both were mature enough to make the decision that got you both where you are at, then you are both mature enough to communicate clearly, (without resentment or anger) and make an educated decsion on what to do. Make sure that you are both aware of each others wants and needs now and in the future. Good Luck to you BOTH. I know personally how devastating it is to see that (+) result, but it is both of yours responsibility to help each other, no matter what you both choose.

Research, Research, Research...... The more information you have, the better decision you both can make and be ok with.

im 19 (20 in a few weeks) and my girlfriend has just turned 17. she has been on the pill for months but she came up pregnant this morning. in fact she is 6 weeks pregnant. we have no other option but to get an abortion as she is young, unemployed, im in the middle of a uni degree, and we are both living at home. i am really confused, she is really upset. we both love each other to death and we have even talked about having kids in the future, just not now. i didnt think i would ever be in this situation but it is killing me. i have my final uni exams for the year next week and i cant get out of bed and study, im going insane.
it is the hardest decision of my life, but i think i will regret it no matter what i choose. i just hope it doesnt haunt me for too long as i really am not coping very well.
to anyone out there in a similar situation to me, i guess you just have to do what you think is right. at the moment, i dont know what that is for me. good luck everyone
