My Sister has 4th stage lung cancer & has epilepsey,lately she has had kidney pain in lower bac

My sister has
1. 4th stage lung cancer,she was having Chemo & radiation,at times both in same day
2.it's in her brain ( she has had 2 treatments for the barin cancer)
They told us in the beginning all they could is prolong time,but she is fighting very hard,she just passed her 1 yr anivarsary DX.
3. She has cancer rapped around her heart that they told us could kill her any minute.
4. She also has epilepsey.
She has been complaining about lower bac side pain,both sides just below UR waist line.Could U tell me what might be causing this?
Also,she has been on dilantin for yrs ! All of a sudden & the bottom dropped out of it (her dilantin levels dropped),but keep in mind she was suppose to take 4 per day,due to cost she was only taking 1 a day,which has worked for her 7 or 8 yrs! But either way what do U think could be going on with her ? She had a big siezure,she was semi-concous(?) for 10 hours,that was two weeks ago,now she's having these ill feelings again. She of course won't talk to Dr.s...

The best place that I have found for cancer is the american cancer society, they can help you will all the questions that you have and can provide help with treatments and such...I would suggest doing a google serch and giving them a call...Also you local hospital should have their number as well...I wish you both the very best of luck, and Im very sorry to hear that you are going through this right now......Keep your chin up!!
