Hi. I have a big problem. I have diarrhea and there is blood in my stool. I have lost my weight and sometimes I feel pain in lower abdomen. What could that mean?
Hi. I had exactly the same symptoms and I was diagnosed with colon cancer. Most patients with colon cancer have no symptoms at all, but things such as diarrhea, bloody stools, anemia, abdominal pain, weight loss and intestinal obstruction, may indicate colon cancer. You must see your doctor and run through some tests. Colonoscopy examines the entire colon and it will reveal if you have cancer.
