I feel like my bladder is not emptying all the way. I tried to concentrate when I pee, but I still can’t empty it whole. I was wondering can I retrain my bladder and take control again.

You can learn how to retrain your bladder and retraining consists of urinating on a schedule and gradually increasing the amount of times between bathroom trips. You can do it by using a clock and some simple behavioral therapy techniques. When you employ a program of scheduled toileting with gradually increasing time intervals, you are retraining your bladder, so the goal is for you to control your bladder rather than for your bladder to control you. But is this going to help you with empting bladder all the way is something that you should consult professionals.
