My clavicle hurts, and I have a bump.

Hi, A few years back I noticed that my clavicle on my left side nearest my sternum had a slight protrusion. It really never bothered me until about a week ago. Now I have extreme tenderness where it meets my sternum and the slightest pressure or movement of my left arm causes major pain throughout my left arm, shoulder and neck. I have an appointment with my GP for my sciatic nerve becoming increasingly painful. Would or could these 2 things be related?

the clavicles arnt smooth in general, the weather has a huge impact on joints believe it or not. you can experience extreme tenderness and pain because of it, i had it for about 8 weeks very badly
