I am very curious to know what my condition is. First of all i can pull back my foreskin while flaccid and erect (but only for a short while due to pain). Also, i had blood coming out of my frenelum for a short while but then didnt masterbate and it was gone in a couple of days. I have many cuts on the inside of my foreskin when not retracted. So can anyone tell me what is wrong with my penis if anything?
