My cyst ruptured. Does that increase the chance that I may become pregnant?

Yesterday I experience extreme pain in the lower abdomen directly after intercourse. I did miss a few birth control pills this month so I went to the doctors today to make sure everything was ok. After the exam I was told that I had a cyst that ruptured which was most likely caused from an egg releasing. I did test negative for a pregnancy and have a sonogram scheduled but can this ruptured cyst increase my chances that I did conceive and it may be too early to test? I didn't plan for a pregnancy but by all mean if the chances are higher because of the cyst ruptureing, I would like to make sure I take all precautions. Thanks to anyone that can help.
