My daughter has POS and has now been sent for to have a MRI

My daughter was diagnosed with POS about 2 months ago. she had a pelvic scan which showed that her ovary was riddled with cysts. she was prescribed the Pill and also Metmorphin. she received a letter today saying that she has to go for an Adrenal MRI scan. After reading up on the internet about adrenal scans I am now absoloutly devasted to read that it could be that she has Adrenal tumors. has anyone else who has POS been sent for MRI scan, and if so what was the outcome?
