when i'm not erect and i pull my foreskin back it doesnt hurt but when i start getting erect it hurts like hell around the base of the head

Mate, i hate similar problems when i was your age. You may need to see your doctor as i had to be cirumcised to get rid of the pain.

first of all whenever i get an erection its very difficult to pull the foreskin down.but whenever it comes down it really hurts.my penis shaft gets squeezed real hard and it feels like my penis will brake into two.my girlfriend and i have started getting problems due to this.someone please HELP.
