i had intercourse with my gf and she lost her virginity...
her parents is taking her to have a body checkup to test her virginity...
is the test accurate? please advice...
im goin to get sued...what can i do..i dont want to leave my gf alone,,, i wana help her...i wana go through this problems with her... |

| Hi, firstly it all begins with your age...if your girlfriend agreed to have sex how can her parents sue you...and wat can they sue you 4, having sex with there daughter. RELAX man dont stress nothing can possibly happen to you. |

when doctors check for virginity they are examining the hymen, which can become torn or broken when a girl has intercourse,
however, just because the hymen is broken doesnt mean that a girl has lost her virginity, it can be torn by a number of reasons, including vigorous sports such as gymnastics, horseriding, things that involve vigorous movement, or improper tampon insertion, accidents etc. some girls are even born without hymens, or born with partially formed hymens.
if your girlfreind insists that she is a virgin, its her word against the doctors, i suppose. The parents might not even get that mad, some people see it as their children growing up, and as long as they are having sex sensibly, its ok.
You wont be sued. because their daughter gave consent to have sex, and you haven't "stolen" it or corrupted their girl, it was consentual sex between two people. so dont worry. |

If you are 18 or older and she's under 18 your in trouble. If you are the same age or both over 18 then you have nothing to worry about.
The worse that could happen is they will ground her for life or whatever they can't possibly sue you for having sex with her. As long as you both agreed to the act then really nothing can be done about it. You prob will never be allowed to see her again and if thats the worse then its not that bad at all. |

| man...im panicking...im not sure when is she gonna see the docs...but im gonna die if things go bad...im from a poor family where else my gf is from a well known family...im livin wid a single parent and have few siblings...im the eldest by the way... |

| Hi, yes her hymen can be tore by her fingering herself. Also i dont believe there is no other way to know that she is not a virgin without examining her hymen. Have you been speaking to your girlfriend about this, if not i recommend you do. GOOD LUCK. |
