My hands and feet have itched off and on for over a year, probably averaging about two times a week, sometimes more than that or sometimes less than that. They usually start itching in the p.m. hours once I get settled in for the night. The itching on my hands begins in between the webbings of one or two fingers and then, as I scatch, the itch spreads to all the webbings between my fingers. It feels like the itch originates deep within near the finger knuckle where the finger joins the hand. It gets so intense that before its all over, I am literally wringing each hand with the other hand just to satisfy the itches desire. Sometimes, both my feet and my hands itch and sometimes its just my hands or just my feet. When my feet itch its mainly between the toes near the webbing but also on the bottom and the top of my feet. Ive tried over the counter ointments and sprays which seem to help a little bit, but it doesnt kill whatever is causing the itch, and the itch always returns a day or two or three later. I once went about 10 days without itching and thought I finally cured it, but then it came back. I noticed that in those few days I hadnt drank tea from a local business that I like to buy my tea at because I was out of town, so because of that, I thought it might be an allergy from the tea I drink, so Im going to try to eliminate this tea from my diet to see if that isnt the cause. I will try and let you all know how it plays out. I suggest that you all make a list of what you eat and drink everyday to try and isolate the cause of the itch, because if its a dietery related incident you might notice that you itch on the days you eat or drink whatever it is might be causing it. May God bless us all once again with itch fee hands and feet. Those were the days werent they? Let us be grateful in all things, even the simple things we take for granted.
