| Im 20 years old and my heart beat is really fast i wight 120 pounds i dont exercise but i do walk for a long time in occacions my doctor says i just have to exercise more, but i dont thik that's what it is. If Im talking very fast to someone i have to stop becuase i start to loose my breath also i cant walk fast or run for more than 5 minutes. I'm pretty sure there is something run, but my doctor keeps telling me that i should run. I dont know what to do. |

| Those who spend sedentary life have relatively faster heart rate, and so the atheletics have slower heart rate. However, there are many more causes for inreased heart rate. Anxiety, anaemia, hyperthyroidism, pregnancy, etc etc. If you have no other symptoms except this fast heart rate, I don't think you should worry about it. Just do one ECG test, which can rule out any arrhythmias which need treatment. Give enough time for sports. |
