Hi, I don’t know how to help my husband. I can see that he’s overstressing, but he wont talk to me. He thinks that ignoring will make it go away. What can I do to help him?

Hi, I ignored the problem just like your husband. I was overstressing because of the work and financial problems, and wasn’t able to face it. My sister realized how unhappy I was, and she tried to talk to me, but she couldn’t reach me because I didn’t want to talk with anybody. I was overstressing, which led to many other problems. I lost so much weight that I looked sick and unhealthy. My immunity was decreased and I was always catching colds and viruses. In fact, everything went wrong. When I finally realized what was going on, I had to go to therapy to learn how to live without overstressing. Find a way to reach your husband before he develops some more problems just like I did. Nothing is more important then health, and I realize it now.
