Hello, folks. My kid was found that he was allergic to gluten. His pediatrician says he cannot eat all the food and that he will have to be on a special diet. I would like to know something more about this disease and what I can expect. I would really appreciate all your help. Thanks, guys!

Hello. Well, your kid’s intestines are sensitive to gluten. It is a protein that is present in certain food such as grain-based products. It causes gases, bloating, pain and diarrhea. In a word, gluten is irritating your son’s bowels. He will have to avoid the products that contain gluten. You must talk to your son’s pediatrician. He will recommend you the exact diet. I hope this helps. Good luck!
