My left testicle hurts very much!! Please help.

Well ever since two mornings ago my left testicle has been driving me nuts. It hurts when I walk and sometimes crossing my legs can cause it to hurt as well. I tried cuping my fingers around it to see if the problem was the testicle itself and it seems that when I touch it it doesnt hurt, but any sudden movement in the wrong place sends a sharp pain down my leg from my crotch.

Please help me figure out whats wrong and what I should do!!

hi I have a question my left side hurts when i walk or sometimes sit cross my legs or move wrong and its on my left side by my hip if not a little higher but lower than my belly button but it hurts bad could this be the appendix? but I thought the appendix is on the right side but my life side hurts well anyway I need you help what could this be

My situation is the same as the other two in the posts below. Anyone has a solution or a diagnosis?

The testicles themselves don't hurt but often crossing the legs or sitting on the bike causes a mild dull ache. I had had a varicocele operation a couple of years ago. I wonder if its related.
