Hi, I am a 36 year old female that is WAY overweight.
I just made a trip to the doctors for blood work and it all came back saying basically I am healthy but overweight. Cholesterol was fine, WBC was fine, liver enzimes were great, but I have very bad swelling in my calves and feet. If I walk, if I sit, if I lay... None of it seems to help make the swelling or feeling of tightness go down. Any suggestions?? Ice, asprin, ect?? Thank you. |
