My lips swelled and black area around my lip

Hello

Recently i have got an allergy due to taking medicine i am allergic to i started to rub my skin and my lips started to swell. after a while the area under my lip was black i mean the skin color in that area is different from anywhere else and also my below lip got a small swell in the middle. Any advice what to do cause that black area really altered my facial look, so help me please.
