My menstral period only lasted one day for two months!!

Ok.. My period is regular.. usually.. but for the past two months it has been heavy for one day then light brown spotting? Ive taken 3 hpt and they are all negative. Ive had 2 miscarriages in the past and abnormal cells on my cervix that were frozen by my obgyn. I have an appt scheduled in 3 wks but what do I do until then?? I have all the syptoms both mos of being pregnant!! We are trying desperatly to have a baby!! What should I do??
