I am scheduled for ablation. My operation is booked in three weeks time. Any advices? What is ablation exactly like? I have to do it because of extremely heavy periods.

I had ablation 6 months ago and my heavy periods were reduced. It was a day procedure, next day I felt like completely new person and was proud that bravely underwent it. Ablation is procedure to destroy or freeze lining of uterus. It will give you relief from heavy periods. Advice-do it.
